INTENDED USE 

Drop Professionals is intended to facilitate professional connections among individuals attending the same events or operating in shared professional environments. The platform is designed for networking, collaboration, and career-oriented communication. 

Use of Drop Professionals for romantic or relationship-focused activity, harassment, mass solicitation, spamming, or unrelated commercial promotion is prohibited.  

Use of automated tools, scripts, bots, or other methods to access, interact with, collect data from, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform or its users is prohibited.  

PLATFORM ROLE & USER RESPONSIBILITY 

Drop Professionals provides a platform for connection but does not screen, endorse, or guarantee the conduct, credentials, or intentions of any user. Users are responsible for their own interactions and decisions made through the platform. 

COMMUNITY RULES 

 Be Authentic 

Use your real identity and provide accurate, current information about yourself and your professional background. Profile photos must be of you, and any links or credentials shared must reflect your personal accounts or affiliations. Misrepresentation of any kind is not allowed. 

Safe & Responsible Use 

Drop Professionals provides privacy, visibility, and reporting tools to help users manage their presence and interactions. Users are responsible for using these tools appropriately and for exercising sound judgment when sharing personal, professional, or organizational information. 

Do not share confidential, proprietary, or sensitive business or personal information through the platform. 

No Inappropriate Content 

To maintain a safe and welcoming community on Drop Professionals, all profile content and communications on the platform—including photos, bios, prompts, messaging, and text—must be professional, appropriate, relevant, and respectful. The following content is strictly prohibited: 

• Sexually explicit, suggestive, or romantic content 

• Harassing, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language 

• Graphic, disturbing, or triggering content (including violence, gore, injuries, and self-harm) 

• Illegal content (including depictions or promotion of weapons, drugs, and fraud) 

• Hate speech and offensive content that promotes or incites hatred, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group. 

• False credentials, misleading claims, or deceptive representations 

• Unauthorized use of copyrighted or proprietary material 

We will remove any content that violates these guidelines and our principles. 

Communicate Respectfully 

Our messaging feature is designed to help you connect with others in a positive and meaningful way. To keep our community safe and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these rules when communicating with other users: 

• Be respectful and constructive in all communications.  

• Respect boundaries. If a user indicates they are not interested or asks to end a conversation, you must stop contacting them. 

• Do not share confidential, proprietary, or sensitive business or personal information. 

• No spam or solicitation. Do not send repetitive messages, unsolicited promotions, or mass messages. 

• Be yourself. Impersonating someone else or misrepresenting who you are is not allowed. 

• Think before you send. Remember that interactions on Drop Professionals are real and should reflect the same courtesy you’d show in person. 

Comply With Laws & Regulations 

Ensure that your use of Drop Professionals complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws, rules, and regulations, as well as any rules or codes of conduct established by event organizers, venues, or affiliated partners when using Drop Professionals in connection with an event. We may, at the request of an event organizer or venue, take action on accounts that violate event-specific rules or codes of conduct. 

No Underage Use 

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Drop Professionals. Any underage use is strictly prohibited.  

VIOLATIONS OF COMMUNITY GUIDELINES 

Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, content removal, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, or restriction from specific events or platform features. Attempts to evade enforcement, including creating new accounts after suspension, may result in permanent removal from the platform. 

We reserve the right to take action based on the severity, frequency, and impact of the violation. 

REPORTING 

If you encounter any user or behavior that violates these Community Guidelines, please report it to us immediately. You can report violations through the Drop Professionals app or by contacting our support team. Each report will be reviewed promptly and remain confidential. 

AGREEMENT 

By using Drop Professionals, you agree to abide by these guidelines and any future modifications. We reserve the right to modify these guidelines at any time.
